Violations may result in immediate removal without refund and a $1,000 fine. ★ Community Pool Pool Hours Monday–Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Sunday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM The pool is closed on cleaning days (typically Tuesdays, but the schedule may vary). The pool may also be closed due to inclement weather or maintenance. Please follow all posted pool rules and operating hours. Pool hours and availability are managed by the community and are subject to change without prior notice. ★ No pets or animals are allowed on the property. Undisclosed pets brought onto the property will result in a $500 violation fee plus any additional cleaning or damage costs. If a pet is discovered during the stay, the reservation may be canceled without refund. Service animals are always welcome in accordance with Airbnb policy, however they must be disclosed at the time of booking. ★ We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. ★ The security system which includes the doorbell camera and smoke detector as well as the WiFi equipment are there for your safety and comfort, tampering with or disabling the security system and those items is a violation of house rules and will result in an immediate cancellation of the reservation. ★ Any of the above rules being violated may incur charges and/or immediate cancellation of your reservation.

Guests will have full private access to the entire apartment, including the living room, kitchen, dining area, workspace, bedrooms, and bathroom. The unit is located on the first floor. Free community parking is available for your convenience. The apartment features contactless self check-in, allowing you to arrive at your convenience. Detailed check-in instructions will be provided prior to your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in experience. You’ll enjoy a comfortable and private stay with easy access to everything Birmingham has to offer. Other things to note • Laundry facilities are available in the apartment community (not inside the unit). • No parties or events are allowed. • Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels reasonable, especially during quiet hours. • Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. • Long stays are welcome and the apartment is ideal for travel nurses and professionals working near UAB/St. Vincent's Medical Center. Other things to note Guests are welcome to log into their own apps, subscription services, cable and streaming services are NOT included. USPS mail can not be accepted/delivered at this location for guests, all mail must be delivered to nearby package pick up locations or guests can set up a PO Box nearby.
