Undeclared guests will be charged $50 per person per night. ★ No Parties or Loud Gatherings Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund and a $1,000 fine. ★ Community Pool Pool Hours Monday–Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Sunday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM The pool is closed on cleaning days (typically Tuesdays, but the schedule may vary). The pool may also be closed due to inclement weather or maintenance. Please follow all posted pool rules and operating hours. Pool hours and availability are managed by the community and are subject to change without prior notice. ★ No pets or animals are allowed on the property. Undisclosed pets brought onto the property will result in a $500 violation fee plus any additional cleaning or damage costs. If a pet is discovered during the stay, the reservation may be canceled without refund. Service animals are always welcome in accordance with Airbnb policy, however they must be disclosed at the time of booking. ★ We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. ★ The security system which includes the doorbell camera and smoke detector as well as the WiFi equipment are there for your safety and comfort, tampering with or disabling the security system and those items is a violation of house rules and will result in an immediate cancellation of the reservation. ★ Any of the above rules being violated may incur charges and/or immediate cancellation of your reservation.

You'll have private access to the entire apartment, including the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and bathrooms. Check yourself in using the smart lock and your provided entry code. Free community parking is available. Paid shared laundry is located on site. USPS mail can not be accepted/delivered at this location for guests, all mail must be delivered to nearby package pick up locations or guests can set up a PO Box nearby. This apartment is on the first floor.
